During Team Mastery program you'll develop your own coaching skills both theoretically and in practice. You'll learn major coaching frameworks and how to use them in practice in your own organization to build action teams, learning organizations and pro-entrepreneurial culture of enthusiastic action and practical learning. The program develops your coaching and facilitating skills such as directing and creating dialogue in learning groups and using learning tools to enhance learning.

It's been successfully used over ten years to promote entrepreneurship in Finland's front-line pioneer entrepreneurial community Team Academy. You'll learn how to use it and - more importantly - how to develop your own learning model, strategies and principles using it.

The program includes lots of opportunities to network with other learners and time to share experiences on different kinds of coaching environments in European Union. Each contact session's location is different, so you'll have the possibility of seeing and feeling different kinds of coaching communities firsthand.
